Years	Events
2009	Thomas Harper and Piper McCormick meet. Piper is 21; Thomas thinks he’s about 35.
2010	A protective spell hidden inside Thomas awakens in reponse to extreme trauma. Piper names the new being Amairgin. (AM-er-/g/in or Am-er-/G/IN).
	Amairgin initially shares a body with Thomas, but the family and several close friends work together to create a body for him.
	Piper is kidnapped by an Utukku who covets her divinity. She is rescued by Thomas and Grieves. They are then joined by several other friends to track down the magical gang of villains and destroy them.
2011	Thomas and Piper make it official, with rings and everything.
	James Grieves is born in Paragon City, Rhode Island, US.
2012	The small family moves to Nevada to be closer to Piper’s family.
	Thomas, Amairgin, and a pregnant Piper combine business with pleasure and travel to Ireland to vacation, and complete a mission for the Midnighters. Jamie and Ricardo go too. While there they meet Julianne and Sharon, who end up traveling with them. They also learn of a secretive, mystical organization Seven Families.
2014	Thomas and Piper travel to Cyprus, at the request of the Seven Famililies, to deal with an unearthed relic and a nephilim cult leader. While they are away, the mother of Piper’s past Utukku enemy seeks misguided, and ultimately fatal, vengeance for her son, by threatening to take “a son for a son.” She hurts Amairgin badly. The family, aided by the Guardians of the Chamber, hunt her and her cult for months, finally tracking them down and taking them out. A time-traveling, future Carmen helps save the day.
	Asahar comes into being, splitting off from Piper.
2015	Connor John is born in Nevada, US.
	The Harpers buy a house.
2016	Thomas dies, briefly. Ricardo embarks upon a spirit quest to recover a wandering portion of Thomas’s soul, and in the course of it, finds a new True Name, replacing the one that Bastet stripped from him as punishment so long ago.
2017	Julian Bernard, future family friend and eternal holder of unrequited lust for Piper, plummets from the sky into the middle of Thomas and Piper’s Memorial Day cookout and is caught by Piper.
2019	The Battalion arrives. War breaks out. Thomas, Piper, and Amairgin join the war effort. Jamie, Shannon, Carmen and Connor live in the Tahoe Enclave with Ricardo, their grandfather, great-grandparents, and their mother’s extended family. 2020 Piper, Thomas, and Amairgin continue to aid in the post-war recovery effort, seeing the children when they can. By the end of the year, however, Thomas and Piper cannot be apart from their children any longer. They decide to get started on what had been their dream, of a mobile, international lifestyle. They’ll see at least what’s left of the world, family in tow.
2021	Daniel Trey is born in New York, US.
	Jamie (10) gains his first, and so far only, familiar, Earnie, while the family is living in the Croatian countryside.
	Sharon and Amairgin finally discover they’re in love with each; they are the last to know.
2023	Twins Keely Tara and Castile Valentine are born in Tangier, Morocco.
2029	Most of the family is living in Mumbai. Jamie is spending the year in Buenos Aires with Julian Bernard, his mentor in the magical arts. Shannon and Carmen visit him for the winter (summer, for the rest of the family). During their visit, Jamie is kidnapped by a powerful magician who also happens to be one of Julian’s ex-wives, and the girls, with Julian’s help, must rescue him.
2030	Julia Carmen is born to Sharon and Amairgin. To this day, Carmen fails to understand how families work and insists on calling the girls her nieces instead of her cousins.
	Shannon and Carmen take a small wrong turn in an effort to see the time when their parents met. They wind up in 2019, in a reality quite close to their own but oddly offset by a few years. Perhaps this accounts for the fact that The Battalion hasn’t arrived (yet). Or perhaps the girls really have made a difference! Who can say when dealing with the timey-wimey?
2031 HM / 2020 PE	Connor joins his sisters just a little off to the right and in the past (2020).
2033 HM / 2022 PE	Shannon marries John Shaddick, demi-god son of Hermes, and movie star from a third reality; they settle down in the Paragon City timeline in which it is 2022.
	Sara Cole is born to Sharon and Amairgin.
2035 HM / 2024 PE	The family relocates to Costa Rica.
	Carmen starts seeing Billie (Springtide), daughter of an alternate (4th) reality Hydrophidian, and spending more time in the past, as well as bringing Billie with her to HM world.
